The flat, located in Via Guido d’Arezzo in Rome, is on the fourth floor of a building listed in the Quality Charter as being of significant architectural interest.

The renovation aims to maintain and enhance the characteristic elements of the building, such as the original floors, doors and fixtures, while the spaces have been recalibrated according to the needs expressed by the client.
The living and sleeping areas are clearly separated and the rooms are designed as totally independent, each with its own private bathroom.
The custom-made furnishings and lacquered wood panelling complete the property, reproportioning the entrance and corridor with a recurring design also in the wardrobes of the bedrooms.
