The project involves the transformation of an apartment in the heart of the historic center of Rome in a house characterized by strong contrasts: contrasts between the works of contemporary art and the historical context that surrounds them, which is then declined in the architecture of the house itself.

So it was decided to keep the valuable elements present, such as the wooden staircase, the fireplace, the spatiality of the rooms given by the heights and to highlight them with the contemporary language of the finishes: doors, floors and walls are covered with a neutral monochrome color that gives the spaces a new, unexpected personality.
