Description:

The main objective of the Tiburtina underground station project is to create a uniform overall image to promote recognition and improve dialogue with citizens. The architectural design calls for rationalisation of the spaces to facilitate the flow of traffic, a process linked to a census of all the accessory advertising and information elements and their subsequent repositioning in the space in which they run, according to a precise order and criteria for facilitating passenger flows. With a view to a policy of renovation with reduced costs, the project is characterised by its low cost and ease of implementation, even when the station is open; it is therefore intended as a prototype for a light restoration project to improve the use of space and adapt it to a new standard.
