The project for the new information centre at the Torrevaldalica thermoelectric power station precedes the renovation of the existing building with the use of new generation materials. Metal mesh wraps around the entire structure of the power station, masking it and giving the existing building strong architectural recognition. The distribution of the interior spaces guarantees a fluidity of paths between the hall/reception, the Plastico hall and the conference room. The overall volume of the project is located in an area where concrete pedestrian paths, a belvedere terrace and a large garden define the organisation of the outdoor space.
